When writing about an existing order, include the order number from your confirmation email; it shortens every exchange that follows. Order status, tracking updates, guarantee authorizations and billing questions are all handled by the same desk, so one message reaches the right person.
Before you write
Two answers cover most inbound mail. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically 24 to 48 hours after purchase, so check your spam folder first. And refund requests only need the order number and the words "refund request" in the subject line; support sends the return authorization without further questions, exactly as the guarantee promises.
